This is a private 2.5 hour throwing lesson on a potter’s wheel. The lesson is perfect if you want to try throwing on a wheel with just your friends or family.
The lesson will be taught by our tutors, Honor Walsh or Rachel Tapp.
The lesson caters for groups of 2 - 4 people and is £140 per person.
Our private lessons are designed for complete beginners. During the lesson students will focus on making three pots each. This is usually a cup form and two bowls.
The cost includes firing and glazing all work produced. At the end of the lesson students will select their glazes and the studio will glaze and fire all their pots. All pots will be ready to collect 3-4 weeks after the lesson. It is also possible to pay for postage.
Please note that the minimum age we teach at the studio is 18.
